Waist Training like A Celeb-the facts!!!

If you have been paying attention to the world of fashion or even if that’s not your cup of tea, I am sure you have probably heard the term “waist training”. So what’s all this waist training talk about.? Well let’s find out, shall we?

Waist training has been around since the mid-19th  century  and back then the ladies of that time were just as concerned about their looks as we are. In fact the appearance of their bodies was quite a big deal as a curvaceous bod could mean recognition and the right sort of attention from the right gentleman. Fast forward to present day, waist training is done using waist cinchers and for those very serious about this art even corsets, or should I say full body corsets.

A waist trainer or waist cincher is designed to be used every day and can be hidden under clothing or depending on the style over clothing too. They are also designed to be worn for extended periods of time. The process of waist training or training your waist requires personal discipline and commitment for you to achieve lasting modifications to your figure and posture. For best results waist train with a healthy diet, consume lots of water and exercise regularly to maintain the results the cinche/trainer  creates. The cincher/trainer provides you with compression in your core, stimulating thermal activity and maximizing perspiration. This allows toxins and impurities to exit the skin, and mobilizes fat cells.

Waist training has been rapidly growing in popularity over the years. With celebrities like Kim Kardashian, her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, Jessica Alba, Amber Rose endorsing the various types of waist cincher options to help get or maintain an hourglass figure, many women, and even men, are turning to waist cincher garments. As with any body altering products, it is important that you understand how to use it properly.

Waist training is not complicated, it requires time and patience from you and you should do it at your own pace. There are no hard and fast rules, there is just a simple truth, the more you wear a corset that pulls in your waist the more effect it will have on your figure/body.

Most people who waist train are obsessed with corsets, they love wearing corsets and can't leave the house without one. On the other hand, most people who are obsessed with corsets end up with a trained waist even though that was never their intention.

Serious waist trainers will wear their corsets all day every day, some take it further and wear their corsets to bed, only taking it off to bathe. Others just wear their corsets when they are up and about but take them off when at home on the sofa. You can choose how you want to do it and you can tailor your system to different days.

The length of time you wear your corset makes more difference than how much you pull your waist in, it is better to be comfortable and wear your corset for long periods than pull it in too much and have to take it off a few hours later.

If you are a beginner, have patience with your training, don't pull in the corset to the point that it makes you feel too uncomfortable, it will just discourage you. A corset should make you feel and look good! What a lot of people don't realize is that corsets and your body take a while to settle in when you first put them on, its more of a marathon than a sprint, so be mentally prepared for that.
